The Room: A lovely, bright double room featuring a bay window with front garden views, its own private en-suite bathroom, and a dedicated study desk and chair. Living Space & Amenities: Bills Included: Rent covers all household utility bills (Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bins). Private Living Area: Students have access to a separate sitting room in the evenings equipped with a TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Meals Option: Shared access to a sizeable kitchen, with the option of additional mid-week home-cooked meals if required (cost TBD). The Home & Household: Located in a spacious, detached bungalow sharing with a relaxed, friendly family, our dog, and some chickens! Location & Transport: Town Centre: 5-minute walk into Wicklow Town. Public Transport: 5-minute walk to the 133 (UCD / Dublin City) and 131 bus routes. Scenery: A short stroll to the Black Castle, local coastal parks, and the beach. Preferences: Ideally looking for a clean, respectful, non-smoking student until Summer 2027. Length of stay can be flexible.
