Very cosy and warm bedroom with a really comfortable king-sized bed in a very cosy home in Rocwood, beside Leopardstown, less than a minute walk to E1 & E2 bus stop (20/25 min journey to city centre) and 10 minute walk to luas and Sandyford Industrial estate so would suit a person in a short term contract, a student or someone who needs a base while looking for more permanent accommodation. I have mentioned it's a serviced property as I look after the upkeep of communal areas like hall, kitchen and shared bathrooms but you obviously are responsible for keeping your room clean. The bathroom would be shared with 1 or 2 people or sometimes 3 when I have friends staying. I charge €100 per month for all other bills (wifi, gas heating, electricity, hot water, bins, property taxes etc) Available from 24th June until 23rd August 2026 ..half a month's desposit is required.
