This is a bright double room with a cosy and comfortable super king sized bed, bedside lamps and lockers, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and a chair, a TV, and a full-length mirror. The bathroom will be shared with other guests and has a shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a second toilet downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, except for a tumble dryer, but clothes can still be dried outdoors or in my greenhouse during the winter. As I work frequently from the living room, I prefer to keep that space private. My home is not suitable for guests who plan to stay at home a lot during the day, as I need the house to remain quiet during working hours. I like to think it is a very cosy and quiet home even though it is less than a minute walk to the N11 where you can get E1 & E2 bus stop (20/25 min journey to the city centre) and it is 10/15 minute walk to the Sandyford luas stop in the Sandyford Industrial estate so would suit a person in a short term contract, a student or someone who needs a base while looking for more permanent accommodation. I have mentioned it's a serviced property as I look after the upkeep of communal areas like hall, kitchen and shared bathrooms but you obviously are responsible for keeping your room clean. The bathroom would be shared with 1 or 2 people or sometimes 3 when I have friends staying. I charge €100 per month for all other bills (wifi, gas heating, electricity, hot water, bins, property taxes etc) Available from 20th Dec 2026 for up to 6 months or a year..one month's deposit is required.
