The apartment is spacious and modern, with a large open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of storage and a nice outdoor space. The room comes with its own private bathroom, offering plenty of comfort and privacy. You’ll be sharing the apartment with two friendly guys, one from New Zealand and one from Poland, both working in the tech industry. We have a really nice balance in the apartment. We enjoy hanging out, having dinner, watching something together or going for a drink from time to time, but everyone also has their own life and space. Ideally, we’d love to find someone who is friendly, easy-going and enjoys living in a social home without it feeling like a party house. The apartment is very conveniently located for Grand Canal Dock, Ballsbridge and the city centre, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, gyms, shops and public transport nearby. I’m moving out, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room and my place on the lease. The new tenant will need to complete the necessary paperwork with the letting agency.
