The room is a bright and spacious attic double with lovely sea views. The house itself is owner-occupied and shared with one other tenant and a friendly indoor/outdoor cat. This would suit someone who enjoys a calm, clean and relaxed home environment rather than a busy social house. We all value our own space, respect each other's routines and enjoy having a comfortable home to come back to at the end of the day. The house has a shared kitchen, upstairs sitting room, main bathroom, mature garden and outdoor seating areas. There's also parking available and plenty of storage space. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a green, the house is beside tennis courts, running track, pitches, woodland walks and is just a short stroll from the sea. Local amenities are nearby, with excellent access to Galway City, Parkmore, Galway Clinic and the motorway. Non-smokers only.
