Off Campus Accommodation Available for International Students attending UCD Belfield, Smurfit College and Trinity College. I am the owner/occupier of a four bedroom / two bathroom house located in Booterstown which is midway between UCD Belfield Campus and Smurfit Business College. Journey time to each being approx. 20 minutes on foot. Travel to Trinity College by Dart (metro) takes approx.15 minutes. The house is part of a small private estate and all amenities are nearby, the beach, supermarkets, public parks, restaurants, cinema, bars etc. There is easy access to main bus routes and the Dart metro line. I have been hosting students in my home since 2008 and currently there are three guys living in the house one of which is returning to Japan. Therefore I will have a room available commencing on January 1st 2026. Duration of stay is flexible and the rent includes all utilities, electricity, water, gas, internet etc. Suitable applicants would be non smokers / non vapers and without pets. In order to be invited to an in-person viewing applicants are required to provide sufficient information about themselves in order to assess suitability.
