Invitations invited for off campus accommodation suitable for international students attending UCD Belfield, Smurfit College and Trinity College. I am the owner/occupier of a four bedroom / two bathroom house located in Booterstown which is midway between UCD Belfield Campus and Smurfit Business College. Journey time to each being approx. 20 minutes on foot. Travel to Trinity College by Dart (metro) takes approx.15 minutes. The house is part of a small private estate and all amenities are nearby, the beach, supermarkets, public parks, restaurants, cinema, bars etc. There is easy access to main bus routes and the Dart metro line. I have been hosting students in my home since 2009. Currently two of the bedrooms are occupied by male university students. I I have one bedroom available for a new occupant. Duration of stay is flexible subject to a minimum of 5 months. All utilities are included in the rental amount, electricity, water, gas, internet etc. Applicants should be non smokers / non vapers and without pets. Viewings have been scheduled for Saturday 29th. August next with an immediate move in date thereafter. In order to secure an invitation to the viewings applicants must provide sufficient information about themselves in order to assess compatibility.
