If you smoke please do not apply as only non smokers will be considered. 2. For everybody's privacy and security no outside visitors will be permitted in the house at any time. This is to ensure everybody in the house can have their own privacy and security at all times. 3. Bills and rent must be paid on time every month without exception. 1 new, fully refurbished and insulated double room with a built-in wardrobe available to move in on 1st April for 6 months minimum but also available long term in a non-smoking house in a quiet area in Dundrum away from the main road. The house is also fully refurbished and all the furniture is brand new. There is also private parking at the front and a garden at the back. The house is located 3 minutes from the bus and 5 minutes walk away from the Dundrum Luas stop and Lidl and about 10 minutes walk away from Dundrum shopping centre and cinema. The city centre is about 15-20 minutes away by Luas and bus. This house would be ideal for someone who would like a comfortable place to relax. We are looking for a quiet, tidy person to share the house long term for at least 6 months and hopefully longer with five professional males in our late twenties and early to mid thirties. The house is also owner occupied. At this time we are also not accepting pets in the house. Please note bills will be shared among the occupants of the house per month.
