Bright and spacious double room available in an owner-occupied home until mid-November 2026. The room has been freshly painted and includes an ensuite bathroom and a TV for use (own subscriptions required). We are looking for a non-smoker who is clean, respectful, and comfortable living in a quiet household. Rent is €750 per month, and Internet is included. All other bills will be split as outlined in the licence agreement. A deposit of one month's rent is required. We have one small dog, so the person must be comfortable living with a dog. This is an owner-occupied home and the arrangement is a licence, not a tenancy. Preference is for a female; however, couples will also be considered subject to suitability following interview (rent would be higher). This would suit someone who is independent, respectful of house rules, and looking for a calm place to live. References welcome but not essential, as all applicants will be interviewed prior to any offer. The bus stop is located at the estate entrance (Drogheda bus), and the bus also goes to Laytown train station which is a 5 minute drive away. Several shops and other services available in the area, with Tesco and Lidl right across the road from the house.
