Double room available in a three bedroom, one bathroom semi-detached house in quiet, mature estate. 15 minute walk from Naas town centre. Bus stop outside estate (126 & 726 routes to and from Dublin city centre). Garden to the rear and driveway to the front with ample parking space for two cars. This house is owner occupied by a couple in their 30s. We have lots of experience sharing accommodation over the years and we are very respectful and easy-going. We also have a small (hypoallergenic) dog. This double room is available for €800 per month, including all bills and utilities (heating, bins, wifi/tv, electricity - normal usage). This room is available for 6 months, but this can be extended.
