We are offering our double en-suit attic bedroom for rent to a responsible, friendly and quiet tenant. We are a couple in our 40's ( living in this lovely area of Templeogue, very close to bus stops to town (F2, 65, 65B), 5min walk from Supervalue and Tymon Park. We used to rent until 2021 until we decided to start our own family. We now live with two young children and our Collie dog, so the prospective tenant needs to be ok with dogs and children. The bedroom is almost brand new, done in 2022 and only used for family and friends when occasionally staying over. There is plenty of storage and a bright bathroom with its own shower. We would be requesting one month's deposit and one month's rent ahead of the tenant stay. We are looking for someone to take the room for at least one year of possible. Also, we would request the tenant not to bring partners or people not known to us inside the house for the safety of our family.
