Royal Canal Court, Kilcock, Co. Kildare

Hi, I have a single room available for rent in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. I am looking for a friendly, easy-going person who is extremely tidy and takes great pride in keeping shared spaces clean and well looked after. You will be sharing the apartment with one male and one female tenant (not a couple). We are a male over 30 from South Africa and a 45-year-old female from Poland, both working in IT Manufacturing. We have been sharing this apartment for many years as good friends and responsible tenants, taking care of our home as if it were our own. We are looking for someone with a good sense of humor and a friendly personality, who would fit well into our relaxed, warm and homely atmosphere. We are not just flatmates — we are good friends who genuinely care about each other and look out for one another. We treat our fellow housemates like members of the family, and we are looking for someone who shares a similar approach. We want everyone living here to feel comfortable, welcome and truly at home. If you are looking for more than just a place to live and would like to become part of a friendly, respectful and caring household, you might be the person we are looking for. The apartment has been recently renovated and is conveniently located within walking distance of public transport: a 3-minute walk to the bus stop and a 5-minute walk to the DART station. The main bathroom will be shared with the female tenant. Bills (electricity, internet, and TV licence) are not included in the rent and are shared. A security deposit and references are required.
