Single room available Sunday evenings to Friday afternoons in a clean, modern shared home in Dublin 9, ideally located for students. DCU is approximately 3km away, with excellent bus connections to St Patrick’s College Drumcondra, Dublin city centre, Beaumont Hospital and Dublin Airport. Bus routes 41 and 16 are easily accessible. The house is shared with three other people, providing a friendly and relaxed home environment. One housemate works from home two days per week. We are looking for a clean, tidy and considerate student who is respectful of shared spaces and enjoys a quiet, friendly household. All bills are included in the rent, including electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and waste. Please note: the room is available Sunday evening to Friday afternoon only and is not available at weekends.
