Bills will be split evenly between us and are expected to be approximately €50 per month. You’ll be sharing the home with an easy-going, clean, and tidy professional woman in her early 30s. I’m looking for friendly, considerate, clean, and reliable housemates. The house is located in a quiet and safe area, with parking available. The 216 bus stop is conveniently located just around the corner. The rooms are available from the 9th of February and will be available until mid to late April, as builders are scheduled to carry out works in the kitchen around that time.
