The area is safe and quiet, with lovely neighbours. The home is owner-occupied by myself (Bernie), my son, and one other long-term tenant who also lives here We also have two friendly dogs, so the tenant must be comfortable around pets. Monthly rent includes all bills—gas, electricity, and WiFi. The house has constant hot water and a large, well-equipped kitchen for cooking.
