We have a large new private double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a new desk at 675 euros plus bills in a new redecorated flat. Walking distance to O'Connell street and town Centre. Shopping centre and restaurants down the road. Buses to all destinations, 5mn walk to the train station and Dublin Bikes next to the property. We are looking for someone friendly, easy going, and extremely tidy. Somebody respectful of others. If you are interested you just need to reply and let us know about yourself and for how long you are looking for. Minimum stay 6 months and longer term preferred like 1 year. We take care of all the bills electricity, hot water, bins, cleaning and we have a fast broadband (Virgin 360). New kitchen and new bathroom recently decorated and a Cleaning Service for an additional fee.
