Located next to Malahide Road, with easy access to bus connections right outside door, with 4 different bus routes (bus 15/27/42/43) going into Dublin city centre, about 15-20 minutes ride. 18 minutes walk to Tesco, Lidl and other stores, and two Spars within 3-5 minutes walk. Looking for a quiet, clean and tidy person, sharing with 2 other (M/F). Access to nice garden and some storage space in shed if needed. Shared kitchen with washing machine, oven, microwave, air fryer. One shared toilet/bathroom. Driveway parking space available directly by the door. No smoking allowed inside the house and unfortunately no pets. No parties unless agreed with other tenants. One month deposit, €12.65/month for WiFi internet, gas and electricity not included and will be split evenly every 2 months according to usage which is about €70-150 every two months, depending on usage and about €5.50/m for bins.
