The room is available to rent for single use only and is on a five night/day basis (Sunday night to Thursday night/Monday to Friday), including bills. Looking for friendly and considerate person to share two bed house with one other who is female owner occupier. Please note that the owner occupier works from home most weekdays. So would prefer tenant on no WFM basis/ working on site (preferably Mon-Friday 9am-5pm or near enough to that). Room has a double bed. The bathroom is shared. There is also fibre broadband. There is currently a tenant in place. Room will be available from 1st March. The pictures are of the room when it is empty and will be returned to this when current tenant moves out. This is a two bed mid terrace house located 10 minute walk to the centre of lively Naas. It is also just 5-7mins walk to bus stop servicing Dublin City centre, UCD, Dublin airport (126, 125 and 726 routes) and local buses to Sallins/Naas train station with regular trains into Dublin. Return buses from Dublin stop at Kildare County Council, which is at end of the road. Handy bus link to Newbridge, Kildare town and Portlaoise. It’s also short walk to bus stop servicing Maynooth. It is also very quick to get on the road by car for Sallins train station, the M7, and other routes. The house has a large garden. There is on street parking available for prospective tenant.
