We’re two people in our 30s, a male and a female, working full time and are looking for a new housemate to move in with us. The bedroom is a good size with a king bed, built-in wardrobes, an ensuite and a balcony. There is a kitchen/living room and multiple storage rooms along with a utility room. The apartment complex houses shared facilities which include: - Gym - Movie room - Working Space - Laundry and parcel lockers - Bike storage - Underground car park (Car park spaces cost €50 per month and are subject to availability ) - Green area Bills and general shared costs are split between the three of us. We are both friendly, considerate, quiet and tidy people and value the same in a housemate. The most important thing for us is being easy to communicate with to avoid any drama or hostility if any issues/concerns arise. We’re looking for someone who has lived with other people before, understands the give and take of sharing a home and wants a stress free environment. The tenancy start date is the 1st November 2026.
