After 3.5 happy years together, my housemate is moving into her own place, so I am looking for a new housemate from November on (date flexible and might be early-mid November). The house is a cosy end-of-terrace house on a quiet road in the Croke Park area close to Drumcondra railway station, well served by buses and with connected bike lanes on the doorstep. It has a separate kitchen, dining room and sitting room, as well as a large garden including a shed to store a bike (and a birdhouse!). Your room would be a very spacious double bedroom. I’m in my early 40s, non-smoker, work fulltime for an environmental organisation and love cycling and the outdoors. I cook/eat (mostly) vegan and prefer my home to be relaxing, calm and clean. Ideally, I'm looking for someone friendly and trustworthy with a similar lifestyle and values, who I can have a chat over a cuppa and share a laugh with.
