King-size bedroom with private bathroom – Booterstown King-size bedroom available in a newly renovated A2-rated house in Booterstown. The bedroom has a west-facing window and large fitted wardrobes. It has not been used since the renovation and is furnished with a king-size bed. There is a private bathroom immediately beside the bedroom for the tenant’s sole use (not en-suite). The house is shared with a husband and wife and their 15-month-old child. Tenants will have access to the shared kitchen, living areas and garden. Bills are included in the rent. Couples are welcome, subject to an additional charge for the second occupant. We are looking for a clean, considerate and respectful tenant who is comfortable sharing a home with a young family.
