There is a chest of drawers, a comfortable bed, bedside table and space for hanging and storage. There is a shower and bathroom right next to the bedroom, and a large open-plan kitchen / dining room. We are a two-person family with a friendly dog. It's in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, with Sandymount Village a ten-minute walk. Trinity College, UCD, Aviva, RDS, Croke Park and Vincent's hospital also close by. There is free parking onsite. Adjacent to the room is a dedicated bathroom with a wall-spanning mirror. The room is located in a family home occupied by two adults and a friendly dog. It's a very quiet location, with the sea just down the road and Sandymount Village a ten-minute walk. The C1,C2 bus stops just down the end of the road, and the Sydney Parade Dart station is a five-minute walk away. There is a gym and tennis courts two-minutes walk away. Bills are included with the rent. The house has wifi, is centrally heated and there is also parking. There is a cleaner who comes to clean general areas. Tenants must regularly clean their own room and tidy after themselves in general areas.
