This house is on the Galway/Limerick bus route and is a twenty minute walk, ten minute cycle into Ennis town. A bus into town also leaves outside the estate. It is very handy for someone commuting to Shannon. This room is 135 Euros a week. Wifi is free Bills of bins and oil are excluded as well as a monthly contribution to shared utility and cleaning products This is a smoke and alcohol free house. This room is for female lodger only.
