Hello, I am renting a single room in my calm quiet, peaceful home to one woman. Only paying lodgers are allowed in the premises. This room may not suit you if you are in a relationship. This house is in Clarecastle, just outside Ennis on the Galway/Limerick bus route. This location is very handy for someone commuting to Shannon. It is a twenty minute walk, ten minute cycle into Ennis town. A bus into town also leaves outside the estate. This room is 395 a month. Wifi is free Bills of bins and oil (October to March) and electricity are extra. If you are interested, please email and tell me about yourself.
