Close to Portmarnock village and the beach. • Available from: end of August • Bedroom furnished with a brand new queen sized bed, study desk and lots of wardrobe space • Rent: €225 per week • Deposit: 1 month rent of €900 • Utilities included (no extra bills) • Available September-June (possibly longer) • 40 minute commute to Trinity College by DART (5 min walk, 25 min DART, 10 min walk) • Private bathroom for own personal use • Bright, open-plan kitchen, which is shared • Separate living room reserved for the homeowners • Sharing with homeowners, 3 people total occupancy We're looking for someone who is: • Female • Clean, non-smoker, considerate, and respectful of a shared home • Happy living in a quiet household • Comfortable communicating openly and respecting house rules This is an ideal home for a full time student September-June looking for a comfortable, well-connected place to live with all bills included.
