Sharing with 2 Irish males (both 30), who primarily work from home. Ideally looking for a housemate who is tidy, outgoing and respectful. Rent is €874/month - bills not included are TV & WiFi, heating & water and electricity and are usually around €100 pp every 2 months, depending on the time of year. The apartment comes with parking for one car but there are guest spots that can be used within the complex.
