Located between the War Memorial Gardens and the Phoenix Park, Salmon Pool is a quiet and peaceful oasis, a stones throw from the heart of Dublin City centre. With the added convenience of No. 26 bus route just outside the property, as well as Heuston Station and Luas a short 5 minute bus ride away or a 15/20 minute walk. Private parking is available on the grounds and the property is also ideally placed to access most motorways and arteries in Dublin. The M50 being easily accessed through nearby Chapelizod. The room itself is a double room with a lovely view of Salmon Pool and the Phoenix Park. It does not have an en suite but you will have your own bathroom to yourself. Currently occupied by 2 males (late 20s/30s). Both working. One of us is involved in shift work, including regular night shifts.
