Renovated redbrick home on a quiet tree-lined street and 20 minutes walk to Grafton Street. Good bus access into town. VERY quiet house, overnight guests not allowed. Security deposit 500/euro which will be applied to the last 2 weeks rent. Please note that there is limited storage in the room, it accommodates approximately 3 suitcases of clothing/belongings.
