Double bedroom (measuring 3.4 metres X 3 metres) with its own sink in a 2-bedroom apartment. It's a very quiet room at the back of house, at the opposite end of the house to the kitchen/sitting room which face the traffic on the road out front. The bedroom has access to broadband (both via wi-fi and LAN cable). Overall the accommodation comprises of a living room, (which is a separate room to the kitchen), 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with electric shower, and one toilet (yes the shower/bath and the toilet are in different rooms!). The apartment has a private rear garden. This apartment is not owner occupied. You will be sharing it with one working professional (in his mid-forties). It would suit a clean and friendly person looking for a quiet house. If I'm honest, i would say look at the energy rating, it's D2, so I don't think it would suit someone having their office at home. It's probably no colder than most Irish homes of that era but yeah, it's probably not for someone used to warmer climates. No parties - but you are in town so you can party everywhere else so all good! :-) No smoking nor no pets allowed. No free parking available unfortunately, so would not suit someone with a car. Great location for someone commuting to the city but distant enough to be away from the hustle and bustle at the evenings and weekends. Access to a garage to keep your bike safe and protected from the elements. Bus stop within 150 metres of the front door and 10-15 minute walk from the luas station. Locally there is a gym (above SuperValu Ranelagh), schools, churches, restaurants, off license. Shops/Supermarket such as SuperValue, Lidl, Spar, & Tesco are 10-15 mins walk. Herbert Park - about 15 minutes away - ideal for runners and walkers alike. I have lived here for the last 10 years and have loved the place. Definitely recommend it as a great place to live. Rent is 700 per month (heating, electricity, broadband & refuse bills are additional). Deposit is 1 month's rent. References required. Application by email through Daft site.
