All facilities and utensils available for you, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, pots, crockery, etc This accommodation is in the lovely neighbourhood of Ranelagh. Ideally suited for Irish or International students studying in most Dublin colleges. Room rental for 7 nights = €380 (€190 for two sharing) per week or €350 for one. Room rate includes all utility bills, e.g. high speed wifi, electricity, laundry, waste, etc. Bicycles can be kept in back garden & locked to a secure bike rack. Save on transport costs! Location is extremely convenient to many colleges. Walking distance to UCD, TUD (DIT), RCSI, Trinity, DBS, Griffith College, and city centre English language schools. Walking distance to city centre (e.g. 20 mins to St. Stephens Green). Excellent bus service, No's 11, 44, 61, buses all stop beside the house, (15 seconds walk to bus stop). Nearby Luas stops are 'Beechwood' and 'Ranelagh', both 12 minute walk. Donnybrook is a 5 minute walk, which also has a great bus service to city centre & UCD, buses include, E2, 145, 118, 39A, 7D + UCD: Easy access to the centre of UCD Belfield campus (2.2 km). Approx. 15 min walk to Clonskeagh entrance, only a 5 min cycle to centre of campus ('The Lake') and 5 minutes by bus (No. 11) to UCD Belfield Campus. Direct bus 39A & 145 from Donnybrook. Trinity College TCD, RCSI, TU Dublin; all city centre colleges, very convenient. Trinity College 2.4 km, walk in 20 mins, 10 min cycle, 15 mins by bus (No. 11, 61, 44). For ALL city centre colleges, easy access either by walking, cycling or by direct buses (No 11, 44 & 61).
