You'll be sharing with two housemates and our friendly small dog. About the home We're looking for someone who's looking for a home rather than just somewhere to rent. We both have busy and varied work lives, so no two weeks are quite the same. Some weeks the apartment is quiet and everyone is doing their own thing. At other times we're preparing for work or creative projects, so life can be a little busier. We're looking for someone who's adaptable and comfortable with that rhythm of shared living. This isn't a party house, but it isn't a silent house either. We value open communication and mutual respect. Everyone has their own life, and we appreciate sharing a home with someone who's considerate, independent and easy to communicate with. A couple of practical things: The heating timer is located in the bedroom, so we may occasionally need brief access to adjust it during colder weather. We'll always knock first and respect your privacy. You'll need to be happy living with our friendly small dog. Location The apartment is well connected, with easy access to the M50, the LUAS, Dublin Bus routes, Sandyford Business District, Dundrum Town Centre, Leopardstown, shops, cafés and nearby parks.
