Hello! We are three 30-something year old working professionals (2 girls and 1 guy) looking for our new housemate :) The house is bright, spacious and well kept, around the corner from Tesco, The Morehampton and Donnybrook Fair. The room is a small room with double bed. There is lots of storage space in the built in wardrobes. **Unfortunately due to size, this room will not suit someone who wishes to work from home** We have a downstairs toilet and a main bathroom with a bath & shower, which is shared between 3 of the housemates. We treat the house as a home away from home and we are definitely not a party house. We like to respect each others space but we do like to all catch up in the common areas from time to time or go for a drink together.
