The home includes a good-sized kitchen and living area. It is well insulated and warm, with a quiet, calm atmosphere. The household is a non-alcohol environment, so would suit someone who values a clean, health-conscious lifestyle. There is currently one room available, with two options depending on preference: Option 1 – €500/month (excluding bills): Mid-sized room, furnished, includes a desk and sink Option 2 – €650/month (excluding bills): En suite room with king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, shower, toilet, and sink The Home You’ll be sharing with a male in his 40s (primary resident) who works part-time from home, enjoys the outdoors, wellness, and music. The house is quiet, clean, and welcoming. The lady I'm living with is a creative writer who works from home mostly. Bills (electricity, oil, internet, bins) split evenly Peaceful rural setting A car or bicycle is recommended due to the countryside location Available: Immediately but perhaps November might be better.
