Hi there! I'm looking for a housemate to join me and my 5-yr old daughter in our brand-new 3-bed house in the beautiful Scholarstown Wood in Knocklyon. The room is spacious and fully furnished with a desk in it, should you need it. The main bathroom just opposite will be yours alone to use as well. I work from the office three days a week, my daughter spends 50% of her time with me and goes to school. We're at the foot of the Dublin Mountains with beautiful walks at our doorstep and the Hellfire Club just around the corner. There's a bus (15B) heading straight into town from here and it's about a 20-minute cycle. There's also a spare parking space if needed. We have a big garden, a large kitchen and dining area, and a lovely living room. Monthly bills come to around €200. The room would also be available to couples (female only), in this case, rent would be €1200 per month.
