Hi there, I'm looking to sublet the third bedroom in this newly built 3-bed semi-detached house in Scholarstown Wood. The room is spacious and fully furnished with a desk in it, should you need it. The main bathroom just opposite will be yours alone to use as well. My daughter and I share the other bathroom. We're at the foot of the Dublin Mountains with beautiful walks at our doorstep. There's a bus (15B) heading straight into town from here and it's about a 20-minute cycle. There's also a spare parking space if needed. We have a big garden, a large kitchen and dining area. Monthly bills come to around €200.
