Bills are not included and cover Virgin internet/TV, gas and electricity. Secure gated parking is available, with ample parking and an annual permit costing just €9. The apartment is very well located, directly across from the DART station, with a bus stop, supermarkets and coffee shops all within a 5-minute walk. The Greenway to Baldoyle is also around 5 minutes away and Velvet Strand is approximately 10 minutes away.
