Ideally situated within walking distance to UCD Campus which makes it ideal for any student attending this prestigious renowned University and only a short stroll to Booterstown Train Station. There are several bus routes on your doorstep linking to Dublin City Centre and beyond (routes 7B / 7D / 47 / 116 / E1) All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water) You Host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (€200). The rate for the room is €225 per week and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance. The room would be available for 9 months, with a possibility to extend further.
