Double room in D1 – available from ~25 September A double room is becoming available in a spacious two-bedroom house on Sean McDermott Street, Dublin 1. Rent is €990 per month, plus approximately €100–150 in bills - and 1 month deposit. Contract, references and ID are required. No pets allowed. The room has its own private bathroom with a shower, just across the corridor. The house has a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. There is also a small outdoor garden with olive trees shared with the building where you can put your bike. You’d be sharing the house with me, a 29-year-old girl working as an economist. I work ~two days a week from the office and the rest from home, and I’m usually away for a weekend about once a month. I love yoga, baking and having friends over for dinner. I’m looking for someone respectful and tidy who would enjoy having a friendly and relaxed home. Available from around 25 September and viewings can be arranged starting this weekend.
