Clean double bedroom in shared townhouse located in the city. A few mins walk from Aldi shopping, train/ bus station, as well as all the city has to offer. There is a rent-a-bike bay at the end of the street. Buses to UL at the end of the street. Sharing a kitchen, and two bathrooms with showers, small living room, and back yard. There is a small fridge with kettle on the first floor landing. Rent includes central heating, bins, wifi but not electricity which is split between everyone. We are looking for respectful, quiet, and clean people who have house sharing experience.
