You’ll be sharing with 3 people in their early/mid 30s, all easygoing, tidy, and considerate. We value a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The House: Spacious house with a shared kitchen, living room, 2 toilets, and a shower room. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a garage. Large, beautiful back garden. Free on-street parking. Bus routes F1/2/3, 16, 49, 82 & S2 all within 5 minutes’ walk (15 to 20 minutes to town) The house is kept very clean, we all pitch in and respect the shared space. We are long-term tenants and have a good relationship with the landlord, it’s very much a home, not just a rental. You: We are looking for someone in their late 20s/early 30s, quiet, clean, respectful, and easy to live with. We're absolutely not a party house and prefer someone who values peace and shared responsibility when it comes to maintaining the house.
