Measuring 13.8m2 to 20m2, Shannon Rooms are located on all six floors from Ground Floor to Fifth Floor and are priced either according to size or the floor they are on. Room classifications are based on a number of factors – layout, direction the room faces whether street or courtyard, floor level, illumination and size. Each room is subject to an additional €27/per week service charge to cover the costs of wifi, TV licence, television service, broadband, water, gas, electricity, waste disposal, and other utilities made available to the Room. 39 and 51 week contracts are available. While 6 people apartments are the most common type, please enquire on booking about the number of people you'll be sharing with. Apartment shares may vary between 3 to 8 people.
