Double room (for 1 female) in a 3 bedroom house, high standard, clean, tidy, organised. No photos of room, its wooden floor, double bed, lockers, drawers, wardrobe, excellent condition. Close to bus stop, Dunnes, leisure center. Sharing with 2 ladies. This will suit a 'grounded' lady, clean, mature, responsible. NO over night guests. Would appreciate the cat been fed outside, when I am not here. (he is an outdoors cat) Owner occupied, but I am only there 2-3 evenings a week, the other lady is busy with outdoor hobbies, so plenty of quiet time for yourself. You ABSOLUTELY must be clean & tidy. No party people. ESB, Oil, wifi extra. Bins shared with neighbour currently, so cheap. Parking at back of house, 500euro deposit, rent every Friday, direct debit on revolut. You can clutter your own room, but the rest of the house must be TIDY, CLEAN AND ALL ITEMS STORED AWAY!
