Bright double bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house in Ballsbridge, just off Merrion Road. Great location right in the middle of Sandymount and Sydney Parade DART stations. Less than 5 minutes walk to the 4 or 7 buses. Current housemates are all Irish working females in their late twenties and thirties. Looking for a friendly, relaxed person that keeps the place clean and is considerate of other housemates. The new tenant will be sharing a bathroom with one other. Bills such as WiFi, Gas and Electric are shared equally between housemates and are separate to the rent. There is a fifth housemate in a self contained unit separate to the house meaning bills are split 5 ways. No parking available.
