*** ROOM WITH A DOUBLE BED AVAILABLE IN THE HEART OF BALLSBRIDGE*** RENT EUR 658/MONTH + BILLS (PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BELOW!) ** Note : we will not be providing virtual viewings ** 1+ year min stay from 1st November 2026 HOUSE Spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in the secure gated development of Shrewsbury Park. The house has plenty of storage, a conservatory and a sunny rear garden. The room available has a double bed. APPLICANT We are primarily looking for someone who is nice and reliable who can get along with the current tenants. The applicant applying for this room will share a bathroom with two others. The applicant must be able to provide references from their former landlords , which will be checked. No pets are allowed. HOUSEMATES Current housemates are a mix of males and females. All are responsible, friendly, social people in their early thirties working in law, teaching, and broadcasting. We enjoy each others company and some of our interests include wine-tasting, cinema-going, live music, and we also like to sometimes try out new restaurants together. Always good craic to be had! We enjoy hanging out with each other but we also respect each others privacy and independence too. This is a very peaceful and happy house and we're looking for someone fun, friendly and tidy who can get along with us, and fit in well with the house vibe. We split all the bills equally.
