The house was built in 2022, finished to a high standard, and is very warm and comfortable (A2 BER). There is one parking spot available. Stamullen is quiet and lovely village on the boarder between Co. Meath and Co. Dublin with very easy access to M1 motorway. - 6 min walking distance to the bus stop (35-40 min by Matthews Coach bus to Dublin City Centre), - 10 min cycling to Gormanston Train Station (45-50 min to Dublin Connolly station) - 30 min driving to Dublin - 17 min driving to Drogheda - 10 min driving to Balbriggan The room comes fully furnished with: - Super-king foldable bed (great comfort at night and extra space during the day) - Desk and chair - Spacious wardrobe and shoe cabinet - 42'' TV can be installed if you’d like You’ll have shared access to a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a lovely garden with side access for bikes. All bills are included – electricity, heating, fibre broadband, and bin collection, so no surprise costs. You’ll be sharing the house with us and our two cats , so we’re looking for someone who likes animals and is tidy, quiet, and respectful. A few house rules: No parties No pets (our cats are very much in charge!) Non-smokers Deposit and one-month rent required in advance References are required.
