We are in search for someone responsible, respectful, and tidy for our centrally located, spacious house for long term rent. The house has ample space/common areas: front room, main sitting room, dining area and back garden. Your room has a double bed, wardrobe and nightstand. You will be sharing a bathroom with just one other. We are 3 mature, working professionals that enjoy being active, getting out and about as well as coming together for the occasional meal and glass of wine in the evenings. Our home has a friendly & social atmosphere, but it's not a party house. We evenly divide bills, house supply expenses and responsibilities. Each person is responsible for cleaning up after themselves, and we take turns performing a thorough weekly cleaning of the common areas. There is parking available and is in the gated complex.
