* 6 months only * Starting End of August. I am looking for a clean non smoker to replace me while im away for a few months and as such the rental is limited until 1st March 2027 (6 months) as i will be back at that stage. I'm going to fully clean out my room (leaving drawers and shelving etc so the new renter can have it as a fresh room. Its a 3 bedroom apartment and there are 2 others in there at present so you will be sharing , but its an awesome place to live. The only bill in the place is electricity which used to be a yearly average of 55 a month , but with the increases its hard to know any more , but maybe 60/65 now in winter months. None of us smoke or have ever smoked so we will need a non smoker for the place and pets aren't allowed by the building management. I usually get 100s of emails any time a room becomes available here so please keep in mind , the more you tell me about you the easier it is for me to respond. Any quick emails without information just get ignored.
