The Room & Apartment The bedroom is spacious and comes with exclusive use of a large private bathroom featuring a bath. The apartment also offers a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a large, comfortable living and dining area, providing plenty of shared space to relax and unwind. A Little About Me You'll be sharing the apartment with me, a 49-year-old male with a love for live music and the great outdoors I value having a clean, comfortable and well-maintained home and would like to find someone who shares the same approach. Keeping the apartment clean is important, so I'd expect us to share responsibility for regular household cleaning on a rotational basis (including the occasional swishing of a mop!). There's also a beautiful little doggo living in the apartment, so being comfortable around dogs is essential.
