Double room available in a modern apartment right on Smithfield Square. The location is ideal, just a 4-minute walk to the Smithfield Luas stop and Tesco, and about a 6-minute walk to Lidl. You'll be sharing the apartment with my girlfriend and me. We're looking for a clean, easy-going working professional (mid-20s or older) who is looking for a long-term place to call home. The apartment has all the usual modern appliances, a shared bathroom, a balcony, and access to a rooftop terrace. Bills are shared between everyone. The room is available from the start of August on a rolling lease, so it's ideal for someone looking to stay long term. We'll be holding viewings during the week beginning 6th July.
