***This room is available Monday/Sunday eve to Friday only*** We are a family of four (two boys aged 9 and 6) who live in a suburban estate in Lucan. We also have a small dog. The house is serviced by both bus (5 minutes walk) and train (20 minutes walk) to town or to Maynooth. We can also provide a parking space, if needed. We are advertising a double en suite room with a desk and the tenant will also get access to their own living room, should they wish in the evenings. Bills included in the rent. We are looking for someone who is considerate of our home, the family dynamic and is happy to be part of the family during the week while being allowed their own privacy. I will only reply to genuine interested parties who are happy to accept Monday to Friday. If you are looking for full time accomodation, I won't reply.
